Returning or exchanging items bought online:
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. Contact Customer Service for a return shipping label. You have up to 30 day to return items purchased at Z8 Clothing. Full details of all our return polices can be found on our ‘Return Policies’ page.
Get the status of your order:
As soon as you place your order, you can see where it is on its way to your door.
Your order may take the full shipping timeframe to arrive to you. If your order shows “in-process” that means we are getting your order ready to go! We will adjust the shipping method of your order to make sure that it’s delivered to you by the promised date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
To check your order status:
Click Order Status under the Customer Service tab to track your order. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.
For each order, you can see:
Order details, such as your name, total price and the items included.
Shipping summary, including the shipping carrier used and a tracking number for the package.
Your order may take the full estimated shipping time to get to you. If your order status shows up as “in-process” that means we are getting your order ready to go! We’ll do everything possible to make sure your order gets to you. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with all your tracking information.
What happens next?
If your order doesn’t arrive within that timeframe, contact Customer Service.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we notify you by email immediately.
Tracking your order:
Whether you choose standard delivery or overnight, you can follow your order’s progress online.
To track a package:
Click “Order status” to track your order. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history.
For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. The shipment information includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.
In all cases, the shipping carrier is identified as the United Postal Service (UPS).
Changing or canceling your order:
Contact Customer Service by phone immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
When it comes to purchasing the products you love:
- We accept any credit or debit card
In the payments section of checkout, enter the promotion code exactly as it appears in the promotion, including uppercase or lowercase letters. Be sure to avoid including a space before the promotion code, which sometimes happens if you cut and paste from an email or other electronic communication.
The codes are usually a combination of letters and numbers. Unique promotion codes are 12 characters long (for example, “PWFXYPFGC2DD”). General promotion codes may be shorter and represent the promotion more clearly (for example, “FREESHIP” or “TAKE30OFF”).
Depending on the promotion, you may be able to apply more than one promotion code to a single online order. For example, if you have a promotion code for free shipping, and another for 10% off an item, you may be able to use both. However, most of our promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
