Thanks for shopping at Z8 Clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Here is some general information on our return policy. As always, please reach out with any questions you might have. 

Sale Merchandise

Sale merchandise is final sale.  No refunds or returns will be accepted

Damaged Merchandise 

Contact us immediately to discuss an exchange or refund.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  This means merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered. 

All merchandise tags must also be attached to the garment and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us 844-982-5684 or email us at to discuss your return and we will then email a return label so you can return the item back to Z8 Clothing via UPS. A return fee will be applied to your credit. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and email a notification that we have received your returned item.   We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
